We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Online Game Host to join an international team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to start an international career in a dynamic and fast-growing industry — no previous experience required.

About the Role

As a Online Game Host, you will be the face of live online games, interacting with players in real time and delivering an engaging and entertaining experience.

You will work in a modern, studio-based environment with a diverse, international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and present live online games in Dutch
  • Engage with players in a professional and entertaining manner
  • Create a positive and interactive experience on camera
  • Follow company presentation and game procedures
  • Maintain high performance and quality standards

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in front of a camera
  • Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts (including nights)
  • Open to relocating and working on-site in Madrid
  • No previous experience required

Working Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
  • 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off
  • Schedules provided in advance
  • Possibility to swap shifts with colleagues

Shift examples:

  • Morning: 07:55 – 15:00
  • Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
  • Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)

Compensation

  • Base salary: €1,500/month
  • Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)
  • Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
  • Average total compensation: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross

Relocation Package

  • Flight ticket (or train within Spain)
  • 25 days of accommodation upon arrival
  • Relocation bonus: €1,500
    • €1,000 with first salary
    • €500 with second salary

Training

  • 2 weeks of paid training (no experience required)
  • Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day
  • Training includes game rules, presentation skills, and systems

Training Agreement
