• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview

We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of a well-known hot beverages machine brand. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and technical support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a structured and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Flemish
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions
• Follow internal procedures, quality guidelines, and service standards
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity KPIs
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution

Requirements

• Fluent Flemish (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in Customer Service or call center environments is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model
• Comfortable using multiple systems and standard office tools
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
• Performance / Complexity Bonus: €100 (paid over 11 months)
