We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting a global digital platform. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

In this role, you will provide customer support via live chat and email (with occasional inbound calls), helping users resolve issues and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

You will work on a globally recognized platform, supporting users with technical and account-related inquiries in a structured and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support via live chat and email (inbound calls may occur)
  • Identify customer issues and troubleshoot effectively
  • Assist users with topics such as:
    • Video playback and uploading issues
    • Account and membership-related questions
    • Technical bugs and platform navigation
  • Understand and apply platform policies, safety, and copyright guidelines
  • Document all interactions accurately and categorize cases
  • Analyze recurring issues and contribute to reporting and insights

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (B2+ minimum)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and processes
  • Open to working on-site in Lisbon
  • Available for rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–24:00)
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required
  • Eligibility to work in the EU (EU passport or valid work permit)

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday
  • Between 08:00 – 24:00

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €15,260/year 
  • Monthly Language Bonus: €235
  • Transportation Bonus: €720/year
  • Performance Bonus: 5% of annual base salary
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net, meal card)
