Location:
Lisbon, Portugal – On-site
Contract Type:
CDD – 6 months
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Role Overview:
As a Payment Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will support customers using digital and online payment solutions within the French-speaking market. You will handle customer inquiries related to payments, transactions, account issues, and platform usage while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
- Handle inquiries related to payment solutions, transactions, and account management
- Troubleshoot issues such as failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, and billing questions
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and internal procedures
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in CRM systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to internal guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent French (native or near-native)
- Solid C1 level of English,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts
- Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon
Nice to Have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with online payment platforms or digital wallets
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Previous contact center experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 900€ (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 100€ (paid over 11 months)
