Website Customer Service Specialist – German + English

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal – On-site

Contract Type:

CDD – 6 months

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotative shifts between 06:00 – 22:00
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Early Shift Benefit: Uber transportation covered up to 25€ for shifts starting at 06:00

Role Overview:

As a Website Customer Service Specialist, you will support business customers in the German-speaking market, assisting them with website-related solutions, digital tools, and online presence optimization. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, combined with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English
  • Assist clients with website setup, management, and troubleshooting
  • Guide customers on basic web design principles and website optimization
  • Support inquiries related to digital marketing tools, online visibility, and performance
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate website solutions
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Accurately document cases and interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams when required

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent German and advanced English
  • Experience or solid knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for online technologies and website solutions
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting website builders, CMS platforms, or hosting solutions
  • Basic understanding of SEO, online advertising, or analytics tools
  • Experience in a contact center or B2B customer support environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,100€ (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 180€ (paid over 12 months)
  • Transportation Benefit: Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early shifts
