• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in German and English
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions

Working Hours

• Between 10:00 22:00

• Possible shifts: 10:00 19:00 / 11:00 20:00 / 12:00 21:00 / 13:00 22:00
