Seller Customer Service Specialist – (French + English)

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal – On-site - 

Working Schedule:

Phase 1:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Shift options: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotative shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

Phase 2 (at a later date – TBC by client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Role Overview:

As a Seller Customer Service Specialist, you will support French-speaking sellers on the platform, helping them manage their accounts, resolve issues, and improve performance. The role requires strong customer service skills combined with sales awareness, with a focus on supporting seller growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to sellers via email, chat, and/or phone in French and English
  • Assist sellers with account management, platform usage, and performance-related inquiries
  • Apply sales awareness to positively influence seller performance and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to guide sellers toward best practices and platform tools
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex seller cases

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent French and advanced English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management, or customer success roles linked to business development
  • Sales awareness and the ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 900€ (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 100€ (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
  • Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
