Content Analyst (German-speaking)

We are currently hiring German-speaking Content Analysts to join an international team in Lisbon. This is a great opportunity to start or develop your career in content moderation and digital operations within a structured, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards.

This role involves working with sensitive content, requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze user-generated content in line with platform guidelines
  • Identify and remove content that violates policies (e.g., safety, ads, compliance)
  • Handle sensitive content in a professional and responsible manner
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in content moderation decisions
  • Document and categorize cases using internal tools
  • Stay up to date with platform policies and procedures

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (B2+ minimum)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with sensitive content
  • Comfortable in a structured, repetitive task environment
  • Resilient, professional, and responsible
  • Open to working on-site in Lisbon
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–24:00)
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Working Schedule

  • Rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday
  • Between 08:00 – 24:00
  • Shuttle service provided for late shifts

Compensation

  • Base salary: €14,000 gross/year (entry level)
  • Language Bonus: €3,240/year
  • Transportation Bonus: €720/year
  • Performance Bonus may apply
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net, via card)

Relocation & Support

For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:

  • Relocation bonus: €2,500 (gross)
  • Bureaucratic support (NIF & NISS)
  • Assistance with accommodation

For candidates relocating within Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon):

  • Relocation support: €1,500 (gross)
