Customer Service Representative – Vehicle Transportation Platform (German Speaking)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site

Start Date: 8 January 2026

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • Days Off: Weekends

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for a Vehicle Transportation Platform, you will support customers throughout the vehicle transport process, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and a high-quality customer experience. This role involves handling inquiries related to bookings, vehicle status, documentation, and service-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English
  • Assist customers with booking requests, scheduling, and service inquiries
  • Handle questions related to vehicle pickup, delivery timelines, and tracking
  • Support customers with documentation, invoices, and service updates
  • Resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Ensure service quality in line with KPIs and SLAs

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent German and advanced English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a structured weekday schedule
  • Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon
  • EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, automotive, or platform-based services
  • Experience in a contact center or customer support environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,100€ (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 100€ (paid over 11 months)
