We are hiring a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to join an exciting digital marketing project in Barcelona!

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize digital advertising campaigns, improve performance, and accelerate growth. You will manage onboarding, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue through strategic campaign guidance across EMEA.

️ Responsibilities

Guide new clients through onboarding and PPC campaign setup
Build strong relationships via phone, video calls & email
Understand clients goals and provide customized marketing solutions
Create and optimize performance-focused campaigns
Encourage increased ad spend and upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records
Manage a high volume of outreach to potential clients

Requirements

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing/Communications is a plus)
Fluent German (C2) + strong English skills
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Proven track record of delivering strong results independently
Experience managing client relationships & using CRM tools
Comfortable using AI tools to personalize communication
Passion for marketing, technology & digital advertising

Benefits

Competitive salary: 24,310- 30,000 gross/year (DOE)
Sales bonus: Up to 3,0004,290 gross/year
