Job Description:
We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an on-site team based in central Lisbon. This is a full-time opportunity offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and the chance to work in an international, customer-focused environment.

Purpose of the Role

You would be joining a global team supporting one of the world's leading video streaming and e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience through clear, professional, and friendly communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support in German
Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution
Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication
Uphold high service quality and performance standards

Requirements

German C1 level (high B2 also considered) and English B2
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
No prior experience required (up to 12 months of experience welcomed)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €15,260 gross/year
Language premium: €235/month
Transportation bonus: €720/year
Performance bonus: 5% of base salary
Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net)
Total estimated annual package: ~€21,000+
