Onboarding Account Manager (German Speaking)

About the Role
As an Account Manager Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client's customer base across EMEA.
Your Responsibilities
· Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies
· Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
· Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long-term partnerships
· Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience
Requirements
· Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English
· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
· 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
· Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
· Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross per year
