Website Support Specialist – German & English

Work Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site

Contract Duration: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00
  • Days off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Early Shift Support: Uber transportation provided up to 25€ for shifts starting at 06:00

Position Summary:

In this role, you will assist German-speaking business clients with website-related inquiries, digital tools, and online presence solutions. The position suits candidates with an interest or experience in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy delivering high-quality customer support in a technology-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat in German and English
  • Support clients with website configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Provide guidance on basic design concepts and website performance improvements
  • Assist with questions related to digital marketing features, visibility, and analytics
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable website and online solutions
  • Maintain service quality standards and achieve defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Log and track cases accurately using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams when escalation is required

Required Profile:

  • Native or fluent German with advanced English skills
  • Proven experience or solid understanding of digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
  • Strong interest in web technologies and online solutions
  • Previous background in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMS platforms, website builders, or hosting services
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, or analytics tools
  • Exposure to B2B support or contact center environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support systems

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: 1,100€ (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 180€ (paid over 12 months)
  • Transportation Allowance: Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early shifts
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
  • Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
